Digital Products
All digital products sold on Brovchenko Store, are non-refundable due to their digital nature. Once a digital product is purchased and the download link is provided, the transaction is final.
Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)
In accordance with EU consumer protection laws, customers in the European Union have a 14-day right of withdrawal for digital content. However, by purchasing and downloading our digital products, you expressly agree to the immediate delivery of the digital content and acknowledge that you waive your right of withdrawal once the download has begun.
Exceptions
We may offer refunds or exchanges in the following exceptional circumstances:
- Technical issues that prevent you from accessing or downloading your purchased product, which cannot be resolved by our support team
- Duplicate purchases made in error (refund of the duplicate only)
- Product significantly differs from its description

Physical Products (Merchandise)
For any physical merchandise that may be offered from time to time, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused items in their original condition and packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned item.
