One-Time Digital Product Purchases

Most products sold on Brovchenko Store are one-time purchases of digital assets (Lightroom presets, LUTs, sound effects, etc.). These purchases do not involve subscriptions or recurring payments and cannot be cancelled once the download link has been provided. Please refer to our Refund Policy for information about returns on digital products.

Subscription Products (If Applicable)

If you purchase a subscription-based product or service from Brovchenko Store, the following cancellation terms apply:

Cancellation Rights:

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time before the next billing cycle
  • Cancellations must be submitted at least 24 hours before your next renewal date to avoid being charged
  • To cancel, log into your account and manage your subscription settings, or contact us at hello@brovchenko.store

Effect of Cancellation:

  • Upon cancellation, you will retain access to subscription benefits until the end of your current billing period
  • No refunds will be issued for partial subscription periods already paid
  • You will not be charged for subsequent billing cycles after cancellation
  • Any downloaded digital products obtained during your subscription period remain yours to use according to our license terms

EU Consumer Rights: For customers in the European Union, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal for subscription services. However, if you begin using the subscription service immediately upon purchase, you acknowledge that you waive your right of withdrawal.

Pre-Order Cancellations: For pre-order products, cancellation requests must be submitted before the product is released and made available for download. Once a pre-order product has been released and the download link provided, the purchase cannot be cancelled. Please refer to our Refund Policy for more information.

How to Cancel:

  • Email: Contact us at hello@brovchenko.store with your order number and cancellation request
  • Account Portal: Log into your account and navigate to subscription settings (if applicable)
  • Response Time: We will process cancellation requests within 24-48 hours
