Brovchenko Store ("we," "us," or "our") offers premium digital editing assets including Lightroom presets, LUTs for DaVinci Resolve, sound effects, and related digital products for photographers, filmmakers, and creative professionals.

Upon purchase of our digital products, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased assets for personal or commercial projects. This license includes:

  • Use in unlimited personal and client projects
  • Modification of the assets to suit your creative needs
  • Use across multiple devices owned by the licensee

3. License Restrictions

You may NOT:

  • Resell, redistribute, or share the digital products with others
  • Include the products in any template, toolkit, or asset pack for resale
  • Claim ownership or authorship of the original assets
  • Use the products in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
  • Share download links or access credentials with third parties

4. Intellectual Property

All digital products, including presets, LUTs, sound effects, and related materials, remain the intellectual property of Brovchenko Store. Your purchase grants you a license to use, not ownership of, the products. All intellectual property rights are protected under Ukrainian and international copyright law.

5. Account and Security

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

6. Payment and Pricing

  • All prices are listed in EUR unless otherwise stated
  • Payment is processed securely through Shopify Payments
  • Prices are subject to change without notice
  • You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase information
  • Ukrainian VAT may apply to transactions as required by law

7. Digital Product Delivery

  • Digital products are delivered via download link immediately after purchase
  • Download links are valid for a limited time (typically 30 days)
  • You are responsible for downloading and backing up your purchases
  • We are not responsible for lost downloads due to technical issues on your end

Please refer to our Refund Policy for detailed information. Digital products are generally non-refundable due to their nature.

9. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

  • Use our products for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code
  • Violate any intellectual property rights
  • Engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts our services
  • Use the products in any manner that violates Ukrainian law or international regulations

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our digital products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that:

  • The products will meet your specific requirements
  • The products will be error-free or uninterrupted
  • Results obtained from using the products will be accurate or reliable

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Ukrainian law, Brovchenko Store shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use our products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.

12. Compatibility

We strive to ensure our products are compatible with the latest versions of software (Adobe Lightroom, DaVinci Resolve, etc.). However, we cannot guarantee compatibility with all versions, custom configurations, or third-party plugins.

13. Updates and Support

  • Product updates may be provided at our discretion
  • Basic technical support is available via email
  • We reserve the right to discontinue products or support at any time

14. Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of our website is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We comply with applicable Ukrainian data protection laws and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) for customers in the European Union. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our practices.

15. Consumer Rights (EU Customers)

For customers in the European Union, nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under EU consumer protection law.

17. International Use

We make no representation that our products or website are appropriate or available for use in all locations. If you access our website from outside Ukraine, you are responsible for compliance with local laws.

18. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. These Terms of Service are provided in English. In case of any discrepancy between the English version and any translation, the English version shall prevail.
